| We have just signed a courtesy room block agreement with Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Road in Hampton, Virginia for our Summer Meeting, July 16 – July 19, 2018. These rooms are for those who do not wish to stay on the campus of Hampton University.
Courtesy room block means you need to make your reservations as soon as possible. The room block held is available as long as other guests do not need the rooms. Therefore, it is best for you to make your reservations right away.

Guestrooms will be held at a rate of:
Single/Double at $159.00 per suite, per night plus taxes
Triple/Quad Occupancy at $169.00 per night plus taxes
Ten dollars for each additional occupant
· There is a three night (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) stay required with reservations over these dates.
· A one night non-refundable deposit due at the time reservations are being made for each room reserved.
