At The Outstanding Layperson Prayer Breakfast on Friday, February 21, 2025 the Western North Carolina Conference representatives claimed the titles of Laypersons of the year in both the Adult and Young Adult categories represented by Sister Sonia Barbre from St. James Winston Salem and Brother Brandon I. Lindsay from Clapp’s Chapel.
